![]() Snowdonia
Snowdonia is one of Britain's largest National Parks, ranging from Conwy on the north coast to near Aberystwyth, 70 miles away. Snowdonia also has Snowdon, the highest peak in England and Wales at 1085 metres high. This gives Britain the highest café as well!
Popular areas in the northern region are Ogwen Valley and the Glyders,
giving a range of rocky summits, with routes for fell walkers and rock
climbers alike. At the southern end is the Cadair Idris range, with its
dramatic cliffs.
