The noticeboard in the Guild is the main point of contact with the OAC, whether you want to ask questions, sign up for a trip or just have a chat while you eat your lunch.
There should be someone at the noticeboard Monday to Friday at lunchtime (12:45 - 1:45)
The noticeboard is on the balcony above Mountford Hall. At the back doors of the Guild, go up the stairs alongside the mirrored wall (opposite the Mountford Hall doors) and you can't miss it.
If you can't make it to the noticeboard for whatever reason, you can email a committee member. You'll find their email address on the committee page.
Alternatively, look at the information sheet for the upcoming walk on the noticeboard, which will have the email address and the phone number of the trip organizer.

If all else fails, you can give whoever's in charge a ring. Look on the poster for the upcoming walk at the noticeboard (also on this site's homepage). It will have the contact details for the organizer of that walk.
